Cambridge University Press and Assessment would like to apologise for the typographical errors on page 4. The start of the section entitled Institutional change: A review of the literature, currently reads:

“There are well-established “bodies of literature looking at institutional innovation” institutional innovation, including on ‘policy innovation’ and ‘organizational innovation’. “Each of these studies” how certain institutions are successfully used and replicated across time and space.”

The correct version should read:

“There are well-established bodies of literature looking at institutional innovation, including on ‘policy innovation’ and ‘organizational innovation’. Each of these studies how certain institutions are successfully used and replicated across time and space.”
