Review process
This journal uses a double-anonymised model of peer review. Neither author nor reviewers know the identity of each other.
To appeal an editorial decision, contact the Managing Editor and specify the reason for your appeal. Your appeal will be reviewed by an editor who did not review the manuscript. The final decision regarding your appeal will rest with this editor.
Decisions are made by the editors on the basis of reviews from at least two reviewers. Typically submissions are reviewed within three months, although in some instances the process can take longer.
