After carefully reading and adhering to the style guidelines as described in the 'Rules for Contributors' and 'Preparing your materials' pages, manuscripts should be submitted electronically, in Microsoft Word format or an RTF equivalent, through the I.H.S. ScholarOne site. Each figure should be provided as a separate numbered file. Tables may be submitted as XLS files.
