from Part Five - In Conclusion

Play music that sounds pleasant, uplifting, encouraging, or calming to you. You can find suitable tracks in a variety of genres and styles (my current favourites are Bach cantatas BWV 140, 115, and 66, Standard Time Vol. 6 by Wynton Marsalis, and meditation music by Yuval Ron). Lie down and close your eyes. The more relaxed and inviting your surroundings, the more effective the exercise will be. Wear comfortable clothing or loosen your belt. Turn off your phone and internet for the duration of this exercise.
