Summary

Every small step is easy, except for the first one. Taking that first step in physical activity might seem daunting, but it is crucial for our health and well-being. According to the World Health Organization, a minimum of two and a half hours, but ideally five hours, of physical activity per week is recommended. Therefore, incorporate physical activity into your weekly schedule, preferably at regular times to establish a consistent rhythm that your body can adapt to. Alter the intensity, rather than the duration, to suit your fitness level.
