Summary
Article 76 regulates three principal issues: the censorship ofcorrespondence; the examination of consignments; and the temporaryprohibition of correspondence. When discussing censorship in the presentcommentary, the term ‘correspondence’ is used to denote correspondence bothsent by and addressed to prisoners of war.
