THE FOLLOWING LIST is a summary of Willis's catalogue (Willis 2002, 177–186 and 425–438). Since the dates he gives are largely conjectural, the plans are listed in alphabetical order without dates. The plans for which Willis withdrew attribution in his 2002 addendum have been excluded. All catalogue numbers quoted in the list below are current and not necessarily those given in Willis's text.
