The author apologises for the following errors in the published article.

On page 142, incorrect funding information was included. This has now been removed from the published article.

On page 148 of the article, the word ‘English’ was included in the sentence:

“This mode of establishment was used until the entry into force of the English Act on Partnerships and Companies 1911, which introduced simple registration.”

But the sentence should have read as follows:

“This mode of establishment was used until the entry into force of the Siamese Act on Partnerships and Companies 1911, which introduced simple registration.”
