During the editing process, an error was introduced that affects footnotes 101 through 191 in the article. The final footnote (191) is actually footnote 101 on page 323. Footnote 101 should thus read: “101. FEDERAL AGENCY, DAS BUNDESAMT IN ZAHLEN 2017: ASYL, MIGRATION UND INTEGRATION (Nuremberg 2018) 61.”

Accordingly, the numbering of footnote 101 and all following footnotes is incorrect. What is published as footnote 101 in the article is in fact footnote 102; what is published as footnote 102 in the article is really footnote 103; and so on. For example, footnote 145, which reads “See supra sect. B.I.2.“ in the published article, should be read as referring to the preceding footnote 144, which reads “See Bingham, supra note 62, at 11. See also SYMES & JORRO, supra note 109, at No. 2.37. Cf. Kälin, supra note 59, at 231–232.”
