Timing and contact information: We begin editing issues about six months before they are published. After your article has been copyedited, you will receive it back for review. You will normally have seven to ten days in which to review and return your article. Approximately one month later, you will receive page proofs of your article to review as a PDF, but with only four to five days to turn these around. Please plan ahead, so you do not delay publication of an entire issue. When reviewing proofs, you will be offered the opportunity to order reprints of your article. In any case, we will send you one complimentary copy of the bound issue in which your article is published, and, if you would like, we can also provide an electronic copy of the final PDF of your article. Please keep us advised of your schedule between now and the date of publication, and let us know where you would like us to send the final bound copy of the issue containing your article.
