2 The nominal capital of the Bank is increased by 4,410,000 transferablerubles in connection with enrolment of the Republic of Cuba with theMembership of the Bank and by 852,000 transferable rubles in connectionwith enrolment of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam with the Membershipof the Bank and now totals 305,262,000 transferable rubles.
3 On January 23, 1974, the Republic of Cuba joined the AgreementConcerning Multilateral Settlements in Transferable Rubles and the Organizationof the International Bank for Economic Cooperation andenrolled with the Membership of the Bank; on May 27,1977–the SocialistRepublic of Vietnam.
4 The Agreement came into force on May 18,1964.
