A New Species of Conularia from Girvan

Diagnosis.—Shell small, thin, tapering more rapidly towards apex. Marginal grooves well developed, with raised rims between which there is a fine longitudinal furrow. Faces, flat to slightly concave, ornamented with strong transverse ridges, evenly distributed, narrower and less rounded than the interspaces, forming rounded angles of about 135° and also bending forward at lateral ends.
