Trastornos disociativos entre pacientes psiquiátricos. Comparación con una muestra no clínica

Resumen
El propósito era determinar la tasa de trastornos disociativos entre pacientes hospitalarios (n = 34) y ambulatorios (n = 37) psiquiátricos y comparar la tasa con la de sujetos no clínicos (n = 297). Los trastornos disociativos (el 17% de los pacientes) se podían agrupar según la gravedad de los síntomas y su relación con los trastornos afectivos.
