The December 1979 issue completes Science Press's first year of printing the journal. Their work has been of high quality, and their precision has reduced proof-reading time for the editorial office. Despite the assistants' careful adherence to the production schedule set up by Science Press, however, no issue has come out within the month for which it is named. We are taking steps to remedy this situation and ensure that the journal arrives on time.
