This journal uses a triple-anonymised model of peer review throughout the review process:
- editors do not know the identity of authors;
- authors do not know the identity of reviewers;
- reviewers do not know the identity of authors.
Appeals
Appeals of editorial decisions must be based on evidence that either (1) an editor or reviewer made a significant factual error/a major misunderstanding of a manuscript, or (2) the integrity of the editorial decision making process was compromised.
To appeal an editorial decision, please contact the editorial office (at [email protected] ) and specify the reason for your appeal.
Your appeal will be reviewed by the editors. The final decision regarding your appeal will rest with The China Quarterly editors and Editorial Board.
