Aquatic Living Resources publishes original research papers, review articles and short notes dealing with all living resources in marine, brackish and freshwater environments. Priority is given to new approaches to the study of ecosystems from the perspective of fisheries management or aquaculture production, including economic aspects. Strategies for conserving biodiversity in the framework of the exploitation of living resources, and research related to the development of indicators of environmental impact are also welcomed. Subject areas include: - Population genetics, plasticity in the life-history of aquatic animals and plants - Stock assessment and survey methodology, dynamics of exploited ecosystems - Production techniques, nutrition, reproduction, infectious diseases relevant to aquaculture, environmental risk issues - Living resources as environmental and diversity indicators, modelling, impact of environmental factors on population fluctuations
