Review process
The Editor, or appropriate Section Editor, will carry out an initial assessment of submissions regarding their suitability for the journal. Suitable papers will then typically be sent to a minimum of two independent expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality and any ethical issues raised by the paper. The Editor is responsible for the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of articles. The Editor's decision is final.
This journal uses a single-anonymous model of peer review. The author does not know the identity of the reviewers, but the reviewers know the identity of the author.
