Aims and Scope
Animal Nutriomics is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that aims to provide timely updates on the latest research achievements, breakthrough advances, new technologies, methods, and analytical approaches in the field of animal nutrition science. The journal focuses primarily on molecular animal nutrition, omics technologies, and epigenetics, while also encompassing interdisciplinary aspects such as medicine, food, and aquaculture. It specifically emphasizes research with potential impact on livestock animals, rather than wildlife or pets.
The journal welcomes contributions from diverse subject areas, including but not limited to:
- Animal molecular nutrition
- Animal nutrigenomics and nutriepigenomics
- Phenotype and nutrition metabolism at molecular levels
- Animal and food microbiomes for animal production and health
- Nutritional epidemiology and molecular regulation of animal health
- Nutritional regulation of animal growth, development and product quality
- Feedomics and foodomics
- Exploration of novel nutrients or feed additives for animal health
- Nutrigenetic basis of animal nutrition
- Functional omic bases of nutrition and reproductive physiology
- Advances in multiomics research and methods in animal sciences
The journal publishes a wide range of original and high-quality contributions, including original research articles, reviews, short communications, comments to published papers, and letters to the editors. The articles should be related to livestock, aquatic and laboratory animal species that address fundamental questions. Animal Nutriomics is dedicated to meeting the needs of researchers and relevant practitioners who employ new methods and technologies in animal nutrition science.
We accept the following types of articles:
- Research Articles*
- Reviews*
