Summary

The last chapter is an epilogue on the never ending story of the constitution (demonstrated by Perikles elegy for his comrades who had fallen in the Peloponnesian War and his invocation of the Athenian institution). The last part of the chapter gives a summary of explanations for why there are so many constitutions nowadays.
