Summary

Most of the productions listed are by professional companies, but a number of productions with mixed amateur and professional casts have been included. It is interesting to note the increasing number of such productions, and the rise in the number of small professional touring companies. Based on Shakespeare, Shaw and the Elizabeth Taylor and Vivien Leigh film portrayals of Cleopatra, the ballet explored the clash of cultures. World première.
