Summary

This study is another addition to the “large” literature on externalities. We believe that this book contributes to the understanding but does not add “confusion” regarding externalities, particularly on environmental externality. We trust that we achieve the aim satisfactorily for the unique and comprehensive approach of this research that combines theory, algorithms, and applications related to environmental externality.
