Pennans, within the parish of St Stephens in Brannel [Pennance, in St Stephen in Brannel]:
Heir of John Rosogan, now Peter Bevill gent., the son of John Bevyll esq., 1 acre [Cornish] in socage; yearly rent, and suit of court, as above, 10s. 11d. Tenant says that he pays only 9s. 10d.
Treliver [Treliver, in St Wenn]:
Heir of John Treliver, now Thomas Kerne [James Trelyuer deleted], son of Pascoe (Pascasii) Kerne, 1 acre [Cornish] in fee Gloucester, by knight's service; yearly rent with suit of court, as above, 12d. [2s. 1d. deleted]. Tenant says that it is only 12d. rent. Relief, 11s. 1¼d. and ½ of ¼d. as appears in 20 Eliz., 1578, for the death of Pascoe Kerne.
