Summary
When an individual relief parcel covered by Article 72 reaches aprisoner-of-war camp, the Detaining Power is entitled to examine it on thebasis of Article 76. Every such parcel the Detaining Power has approvedneeds to be handed over to the addressee as its intended beneficiary.
