‘You didn't give me a choice’ by Eva Charkiewicz
Eva Charkiewicz is a self-taught photographer. Her adventure with photography began after the death of her father. She describes that at that time all that her life consisted of was her depression, her four walls, and an old camera. Photography became her motivation to live. She feels that it brought her out of the darkest times in her life so that now she is able to help other people, by reaching out to them with the images she creates. She is proud to be part of The Perspective Project, which showcases artworks that have been a therapeutic outlet for those affected by mental health conditions. https://www.theperspectiveproject.co.uk/
