In § 6.3, p. A16-13, the inward RV at contact used to calculate the collision kernel was erroneously reported as $\langle {w_r}|r = 2{a}\rangle^{-} = 1.2\ \textrm{m}\ {\textrm{s}^{ - 1}}$ due to a typo in the MATLAB code for this calculation. The correct value is $\langle {w_r}|r = 2{a}\rangle^{-} = 0.16\ \textrm{m}\ {\textrm{s}^{ - 1}}$. Correspondingly, the correct value for the collision kernel at $St \approx 0.75,a \approx 14\;\mathrm{\mu }\textrm{m},R{e_\lambda } = 324$ from the experiment is $\hat{k}(2a) = 3.8 \times {10^4}$ instead of $2.9 \times {10^5}$ originally reported. This correction does not impact any of the conclusions of the paper. Note that past direct numerical simulation results are $\hat{k}(2a) = 0.1{-}10$ for $St \approx 0.1{-}1.0$ and $R{e_\lambda } = 88{-}597$ (see page A16-14).
