The author apologises for the error in the original article on page 59. The first sentence of the third paragraph currently reads: “Second, an inventor's certificate could be converted into a patent title, but it was not reversible.”

This sentence should read: “Second, a patent title could be converted into an inventor's certificate, but it was not reversible.”
