Motion to keep the Midwest meetings in Chicago as the site for the spring 2015 meeting and to have the Administrative Committee propose a plan for future rotation sites by Joanne Miller

PANEL ALLOCATION FOR ANNUAL MEETING
Motion to return to the prior allocation formula (the 90/10) for 2015 by Phil Keefer
• Motion failed with 7 Aye’s, 10 No’s, and 2 abstentions. The 2014 allocation formula (45/45) will remain until a future report and vote
Motion to authorize the Committee on Organized Sections to work on a new formula and involve Annual Committee to bring a report to the next Annual Meeting by Phil Keefer
• Motion passed unanimously

REPORT ON APSA GOVERNANCE REFORM
At its April meeting the APSA Council heard a report from the Ad Hoc Committee on Governance Reform. The committee’s report and recommendations for a new set of APSA bylaws are available on the APSA website. Committee members will also discuss the proposed changes at the Annual Meeting in San Francisco.
