Two scholars were inaccurately represented in the above published paper (Lenard Reference Lenard2017).

The sentence beginning at the top of the right hand column on page 3 should read:

By contrast, Rainer Bauböck and Vesco Paskalev argue for what they term a “genuine links” view, according to which wrongdoing by a citizen does not make her liable to denationalization, but where absence of clear and stable links between a citizen and a state permits (and sometimes requires) a state to adopt policies that retract the citizenship of an individual (Bauböck and Paskalev 2015).

The author apologizes for this error.
