* Mr. Tsang began studying poultry in China in 1912. Was engaged in egg busines since 1916. Established experimental farm to promote better poultry breeding practices in 1927. Evacuated his farm into Free China in 1939. Mr. Tsang believes that early rehabilitation of the post-war poultry industry in China by introducing high-producing stock is one of the easiest and most practical ways to solve the existing malnutrition problem and to relieve the unsound rural economic conditions. —M.A.J.
