An investigation of martensitic volume fraction observed during martensitic phase transformation in some iron-based alloys
Published online by Cambridge University Press: 15 August 2001
Abstract
Considering the chemical free energy as a the nonlinear function of temperature, a relationship between temperature and the martensitic volume fraction associated with austenite-martensite phase transformation has been obtained theoretically and compared with experimental results in some iron-based alloys.
