The authors would like to correct an error in the above paper. On page 7:

“The incremental cost-effectiveness ratio was £6 436 087 (£44 409/0.0069 QALYs)”

Should be:

“The incremental cost-effectiveness ratio was £6 383 913 (£44 049/0.0069 QALYs)”
