1 For additional details on the Semifinal and Final Round, see supra p. 211. The 1977 Jessup problem and the Best Memorials, prepared by the University of Toronto team, are published in Volume I of the ASILS International Law Journal at 48 (1977).

2 An interesting development in 1976-1977 was the reaction to the publication of the Note, The Use of Jessup International Law Moot Court Cases in Political Science Departments by Professor Edward Collins, Jr., in 70 AJIL 809 (1976). A large number of professors in both undergraduate political science departments and law schools in the United States and abroad have requested, and have been forwarded, copies of past Jessup cases for use in international law classes. See also Letter to the Editor by Dean Joseph M. Sweeney, Tulane Law School, on the use of Jessup cases in law school international law classes, 71 AJIL 505 (1977).
