Pages 11–28. The Arctic wintering of HMS Hecla and Fury in Prince Regent Inlet, 1824–25. The journal of William Mogg was discovered in the library of the University of Southampton by Dr L. E. Taverner who transcribed the part from which this extract was made and sent it to the Institute. It is regretted that due acknowledgement to Dr Taverner was inadvertently omitted.
