Precision Shell Characterization Using Radial Averaging of X-ray Images — Part II
Published online by Cambridge University Press: 15 February 2011
Abstract
Radial averaging of a circular X-ray image substantially improves the resolution and sensitivity with which surfaces and interfaces can be detected in our standard three-layer ICF capsule. We consider here the limits of this technique and the effects of likely changes in capsule composition and geometry.
