Weighted tensors and Lie groups

Abstract

A class of objects, sometimes known as weighted tensors, are investigated. Their relation to a Lie group acting as a transform group on a manifold is analysed. An equivalence relation between weighted tensors is established along with a method for their generation. Several examples are given.
