Abstract

Topelia nimisiana Tretiach & Vězda is described from old Quercus pedunculata bark in Castelporziano, near Rome (Italy). It is characterized by a hymenium inspersed by numerous oil droplets, by immersed, perithecioid ascomata and by a continuous, dark green thallus.
