1 The Carbon Copy Building was developed under the auspices of the Ridge Theater and produced as a live stage work that visually incorporated Katchor's texts and images into the production. It was first performed at the Italian Settembre Musica Festival in September 1999, with a later set of performances at the Kitchen in New York and a 2006 revival in London.
