Mesocoelium monodi Dollfus, 1929 is reported from Rana (Ptychadena) mascareniensis and Agama agama agama in the Cameroons.

Mesocoelium pesteri sp. nov. is described from a hornless chamelon and compared with related species.

Mesocoelium cameroonensis sp. nov. is described from Rana (Ptychadena) oxyrhynchus and compared with related species.
