[The Ocean Dumping Convention, done at London, Mexico City, Moscow, and Washington on December 29, 1972, appears at 11 I.L.M. 1294 (1972). As of April 29, 1974, the Convention had been signed by 54 countries and ratified by 6, the United States being the sixth country to ratify. The Convention will come into force with the deposit of fifteen instruments of ratification or accession.]
