1 Originally established in terms of General Assembly resolution 1620 (XV) of 21 April 1961 and composed of representatives of the following fifteen States: Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, France, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Nigeria, Sweden, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, United Arab Republic, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and United States of America. Re-established in terms of General Assembly resolution 185^ B (XVII) of 19 December 1962 with its membership increased to twenty-one by the addition of the representatives of the following six States: Argentina, Australia, Cameroon, Mongolia, Netherlands and Pakistan.
