(6) Copies of the Italian letter of March 8, 1964, were sent by the Executive Secretary of the Preparatory Commission to the Governments of Belgium, Denmark, France, Federal Republic of Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. By March 20, 1964, all these countries had accepted the special arrangement with Italy which entered into force on that date.
