Resumen

El propósito del estudio era poner a prueba la participación de un factor familiar en el síndrome de déficit, ya que no se ha hecho ningún estudio genético en pacientes con este síndrome, que se caracteriza por síntomas negativos duraderos y primarios. Los resultados en 71 pacientes esquizofrénicos mostraron menos factores familiares en los pacientes con déficit, pero un mayor peso en la herencia de la esquizofrenia, que en los pacientes sin él.
