Resumen

Presentamos dos casos de síndrome de Charles Bonnet en comorbilidad con enfermedad de Parkinson. Los pacientes desarrollaron alucinosis visual antes de comenzar el tratamiento antiparkinsoniano. Analizamos brevemente los posibles mecanismos fisiopatológicos que implican a la agudeza visual baja y la enfermedad de Parkinson con la alucinosis visual.
