Participants and others from outside Hungary will need valid visas which are likely to be best obtained in their own countries; otherwise they should bring 2 passport photographs and US $33 or equivalent to obtain a visa at the border or Budapest Airport.

Outline follows, with Keynoters etc. indicated in Capitals but some Chairmen and responding Panellists possibly changing. Following Chairman's Introduction (3–5 minutes) of each Session, keynote addresses are to be of up to 40 minutes' duration (except where shared, when 30 minutes will normally be allowed for each speaker, or 20 minutes in the special evening Sessions), to be followed by three panellists for 8–10 minutes each and then open discussion to end the Session, with possibility of adjournment if necessary. Chairmen will be earnestly requested to keep speakers strictly to within their times, giving warning one minute before termination if necessary. Speakers in the open discussions should limit their interventions to a maximum of 4 minutes each and be subject to termination or minute-by-minute continuation thereafter at the Chairman's discretion.
