Polymerisation en phase aqueuse d'acides amines sur des argiles

Résumé

L'action catalytique des argiles sur la polymérisation des acides aminés en solution aqueuse a été étudiée. Les résultats rapportés par Katchalsky et coll. dans le cas de la polymérisation de l'analyl adenylate en presence de montmorillonite n'ont pu ètre reproduits. D'autres types d'activation des acides aminés ont été examines.

Abstract

It is found that montmorillonite-mediated polymerization of alanyladenylate does not lead to high oligopeptides in quantitative yield, contrary to previous publications. In our experiments montmorillonite shows only weak catalytic properties on the polymerization of activated amino-acids.

Es hat sich erwiesen, dass die durch Montmorillonit gefòrderte Polymerisation von Ananyl-Adenylat keine hohen Oligopeptide in quantitative Ausbeute ergibt, obgleich dies in friiheren Veroffentlichungen behauptet wurde. Gemàss unseren Versuchen ttbte Montmorillonit nur eine schwache katalytische Wirkung auf die Polymerisation aktivierter Aminosàuren aus.

Se ha hallado que la polimerìzacìón, intermediada por la montmorillonita, del ananil-adenilato no conduce a oligipétidos altos en rendimiento cuantitativo, en contra de lo previamente publicado. Durante nuestros experimentos, la montmorillonita demostró poseer solamente débiles propiedades cataliticas sobre la polimerización de aminoàcidos activados.
