Abstract

Tetralogy of Fallot with absence of the leaflets of the pulmonary valve is often complicated by marked respiratory involvement. Newer imaging modalities such as magnetic resonance imaging and color Doppler echocardiography underscore the inter-relationship of the cardiorespiratory systems in this disorder.
