5 The corrected resolutions were finally published in the 1865 sessional papers, yet the initial version with mistakes is surprisingly found tabled in the British Parliament for the debates on the 1867 bill, and most compendiums since, notably Ajzenstat's Canada's Founding Debates (University of Toronto Press, 2003).
