Tetrastichus garryana Burks (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae) Parasite of an Oak Gall-Wasp, Besbicus mirabilis (Kinsey)1
Published online by Cambridge University Press: 31 May 2012
Abstract
The life history and the later larval instars of Tetrastichus garryana Burks (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae) are described and figured. The parasite has been collected from several species of oak gall cynipids, to which general group it seems to be restricted. In British Columbia it is most commonly associated with the gall-wasp Besbicus mirabilis (Kinsey).
