SOME ARCTIC AND SUBARCTIC SOLITARY BEES COLLECTED AT INUVIK AND TUKTOYAKTUK, NWT, CANADA (HYMENOPTERA: APOIDEA)1

Abstract
Nine species of solitary bees are recorded from a northern area of Northwest Territories: Osmia inermis from tundra at Tuktoyaktuk, and Hylaeus ellipticus, Evylaeus comagenensis, E. borealis, Sphecodes aff. pusillus, Anthidium tenuiflorae, Megachile centuncularis, M. f. frigida, and Anthophora b. bomboides from the northern limit of subarctic forest at Inuvik. All represent the northernmost records of the species. Some chorological and ecological notes are added to.
Résumé
On mentionne neuf espèces d’abeilles solitaires en provenance d’une région nordique des Territoires du Nord-Ouest : Osmia inermis provenant de la toundra à Tuktoyaktuk, et Hylaeus ellipticus, Evylaeus comagenensis, E. borealis, Sphecodes aff. pusillus, Anthidium tenuiflorae, Megachile centuncularis, M. f. frigida, et Anthophora b. bomboides de la limite nord de la forêt subarctique à Inuvik. Ce sont les mentions les plus nordiques pour ces espèces. On a inclu des notes chorologiques et écologiques.
