A declaration at this point: my name (correctly spelt!) appears on p.973 of Appendix D, ‘List of contributors’, in vol. 33, and in the separate leaflet The Dictionary of Art: the complete list of 6,700 authors. My contribution to the publication consisted of translating a score or so of articles on Polish art and artists from the original Polish.
